I am a hardworking, longtime medical professional, a farm girl and a proud mother of two teenagers who’s always loved helping people. I enjoy helping people live better lives by sharing ways to prevent illness, reducing complications associated with medical conditions, and understanding the best treatments to help patients accomplish their health goals. After 27 years of acute care, I am now working on the other side of the health equation by preventing patients from needing intensive care. I like helping people of all ages get and stay healthy through preventive care and chronic care management.
